After years of experience in engineering, military service, and organizational leadership, our founders saw a recurring challenge—complex infrastructure initiatives were not failing due to lack of effort, but due to misaligned processes, unclear accountability, and overextended teams. In environments where precision, reliability, and mission clarity were non-negotiable, they learned that strong systems and structured leadership make the difference between instability and sustained performance.

Today, we partner primarily with electrical utilities to strengthen workforce performance, assess and improve project delivery systems, and align governance, risk oversight, and reporting with long-term system reliability. Jessica North – Co-Founder & CEO
Jessica North is the Co-Founder and CEO of EverNorth Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in project management, organizational leadership, and strategic operations. A seasoned leader known for her calm direction and ability to guide complex initiatives, Jessica has spent her career helping teams bring structure, alignment, and clarity to their most important projects.
Before co-founding EverNorth, she led large-scale programs across multiple sectors, where she developed a reputation for building strong teams, strengthening cross-functional communication, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Jessica’s leadership style blends practical problem-solving with a deep commitment to people, ensuring that both projects and teams thrive under her guidance.

Christa North – Co-Founder & COO
Christa North is the Co-Founder and COO of EverNorth Solutions, bringing more than 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, marketing, sustainability, and operational strategy. With a background that spans executive leadership and service as a Sustainability Director, Christa blends strategic vision with hands-on execution—helping organizations strengthen their internal systems, elevate their performance, and communicate their impact with clarity.
Throughout her career, Christa has led teams, built programs, and guided organizations through major transitions, earning a reputation for her collaborative leadership style and ability to bring people together around meaningful work. She is known for turning complex ideas into actionable plans and for creating the processes and structure that allow teams to operate with confidence and alignment.
At EverNorth Solutions, Christa oversees operations, service development, and client engagement—leading ESG strategy, reporting, healthy building guidance, and training programs.
